Large Terminated Golden Barite Baryte Crystals from Qinglong Co., Guizhou, China

This specimen was self-collected in early 1990s at a private claim in Qinglong Co., Guizhou, China by a friend’s uncle who is both a dealer and collector. It features a large golden barite crystal sitting on a smaller one with very good luster. It is self-standing.

This beautiful piece had been sitting in my friend’s collection for almost 30 years before I acquired it. A stunning specimen from a rare locality for all barite collectors!
