This is a killer specimen featuring a large twinned “stellar beam” calcite scalenohedron with smoky tips. The matrix hosts several dozens of smaller razor-sharp, glassy, twinned calcite crystals. The largest crystal is about 6.6cm tip-to-tip. Unfortunately, I was not able to track down the exact locality for this beautiful specimen just yet. According to the original seller, it could have been from a small find in Fujian province. Please contact us if you happen to know some information. Your opinion is much appreciated.
