A very large ruby red cinnabar twin floater that resembles flame with no damage whatsoever in pristine condition. Acquired directly from a local miner. This specimen comes with an info note written by the miner in Chinese.
The No. 3 mine at Chatian produces some of the best cinnabar crystals not only in China, but also in the world. The carat price of cinnabar from this mine is easily at least twice as much as that from other locales in the Chinese market for its purity and fiery red color.
