Fulguropsis pyruloides, common name the “Florida pear whelk” or “Atlantic pear whelk”, is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Busyconidae, the busycon whelks.
NOTE: The species is generally found East of the Mississippi Delta, and any Fulguropsis found Westward are most likely of the species F. spirata.
