Sinistrofulgur sinistrum is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Busyconidae, the busycon whelks.
NOTE: This species normally has a sinistral shell, thus the scientific name. It had previously been included in the species Busycon contrarium, now known as Sinistrofulgur contrarium, but S. contrarium is now considered an exclusively fossil species.
